To schedule a virtual visit, contact your provider's office.
Your virtual visit will not be recorded and chat messages do not persist after your visit has ended.
If you get disconnected from your virtual visit because you accidentally hung up the call by selecting the phone icon, you can return to your provider's virtual waiting room by selecting the Return to waiting room button.
If you accidentally close your virtual visit browser window, you will need to check-in to your virtual visit again. See the Check-in to Your Virtual Visit help topic for more information.
For all other connection issues, contact your provider.
